Warranty Terms
All products sold by Quantum System Teknoloji A.Ş. are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the consumer and covers all of its parts.
Warranty Coverage and Consumer Rights
If the product is defective or develops a fault during the warranty period, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights under Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502:
- Rescind the contract and request a refund;
- Request a reduction in the sale price;
- Request a free repair;
- Request replacement with a defect-free equivalent.
If the consumer chooses a free repair, the seller may not charge for labour, replacement parts or any other item. The consumer may direct the request for free repair to the seller, manufacturer or importer. These parties are jointly and severally liable to the consumer.
Additional Consumer Rights When a Free Repair Is Requested
When a consumer exercises the right to a free repair, additional rights arise in the following circumstances:
- The product develops another fault during the warranty period;
- The maximum repair period is exceeded;
- The authorised service centre, seller, manufacturer or importer reports that repair is not possible.
In these cases, the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportionate to the defect, or replacement with a defect-free equivalent. The seller may not refuse these requests. If a request is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable.
Warranty and Repair Periods
The repair period may not exceed 20 business days. This period begins:
- When the fault is reported to the authorised service centre, if the product is under warranty;
- On the date the product is delivered to the service centre, if the warranty period has expired.
If the fault cannot be repaired within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with a product with equivalent features free of charge until the repair is completed.
If the product develops a fault during the warranty period, the time spent on repair is added to the warranty period.
Situations Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Use of the product contrary to its user manual;
- Faults resulting from intervention by unauthorised persons;
- Damage and faults caused by user error.

In disputes arising from the warranty certificate, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction took place.
